📦 Orders & Shipping

How long does order processing take?

Orders are carefully inspected and packed within 5–13 business days before shipping. We take the time to make sure everything arrives just right.


How long does shipping take?

USA & UK: 5–10 business days Canada & Australia: 6–12 business days Delivery may take a little longer during holidays or high-demand periods.


Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide 🌍

Some locations may be unavailable due to shipping restrictions.


How much is shipping?

Standard shipping: $6.90 — or FREE on orders over $18.


Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking details will be sent to your email within 3–5 business days of your order shipping. If you haven't received them, check your spam folder or contact us.


Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

Some products ship from different warehouses, so items may arrive separately for faster delivery.


🔎 Tracking & Delivery

My tracking number isn't updating. What should I do?

This is normal — tracking can take 2–5 days to start updating after shipment. If it's been longer than that with no movement, our team is happy to look into it for you.


What if my package is delayed or lost?

If your order is significantly delayed or lost during transit, we'll investigate and make it right — whether that's a replacement or a full refund.


I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?

Yes — contact us immediately at hello@luvoragift.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address for you.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.


Can I return personalized items?

Custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item is defective
  • We sent the wrong item

How do I request a return?

Email us at hello@luvoragift.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except in cases where an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we've got you covered.


How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.


❌ Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled before processing begins.

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.


Is there a cancellation fee?

To cancel, contact us immediately at hello@luvoragift.com. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll cancel it at no charge. A small payment processing fee may apply in some cases — we'll always confirm before proceeding.
